From the moment you arrive on Saturday afternoon, you will be enveloped in an experience beyond compare. The weekend begins with a warm welcome and a special introduction to Renais, the award-winning luxury gin founded by siblings Alex and Emma Watson. Sustainably distilled from French wine grapes, Renais is tastefully imparted with flavour from local terroir and fresh botanicals, it embodies France's rich viticultural heritage and encapsulates a second generation winemaking family from the Domaine Watson vineyards. You'll be co-hosted by Renais' founder Alex Watson & his father Chris, where guests will enjoy a curated tasting and discover the family story and heritage behind one of the most exciting modern gins.

Following this, an exclusive tasting will be led by James Hallam, Fine Wine Specialist at Hedonism Wines. Since opening its doors in 2012 on Mayfair’s Davies Street, this celebrated fine wine and spirits boutique has gained a reputation as one of the most dynamic wine ventures in recent years. Each wine in the tasting has been thoughtfully selected—not only for its rarity and exceptional quality, but also for its role in the broader narrative of European wine culture. Guests can expect a deeply immersive, story-led journey through centuries of winemaking, complemented by expertly paired canapés.

Later that evening, you’ll be invited into the castle’s grand dining room for a refined, multi-course dinner that showcases the finest seasonal British produce, elevated through elegant culinary craftsmanship and paired with outstanding wines.

After an evening of indulgence, retire to your beautifully appointed room. On Sunday morning, awaken to a light breakfast and the luxury of a slower pace. Stroll through the estate’s rolling grounds, visit the resident white horse, and lose yourself in the serenity of the Kentish countryside.
