The Wheelers’ personal chef Carleton Smith will tailor menus to suit your requirements, using seasonal local produce.

Chilham Castle is 60 miles from Central London, 15 minutes from Ashford International railway station and 35 minutes from the Channel Tunnel. It’s easily accessible via motorway from Gatwick, Heathrow and Stansted Airports.
